This book is about how to lead with intentional humanity in an overly tech world. It’s for up-and-coming and seasoned designers alike. It’s written by an average designer, for the average designer.

Want to weigh in? Book an interview below so I can get your take on what leadership in design means to you.

About Felix

I’ve been designing since 2008, working across a range of startups, large companies, and agencies. I’m not a perfect “leader” by any means, which is why leadership in design so fascinates me.

I love design, but I love designers more - especially when we can all show up as 100% ourselves in our day to day work.

When I’m not worrying about our future as designers and leaders, I’m surfing, hanging with my kitties on the couch, or working on t-shirt designs.
